In January I was given something totally unexpected for my birthday - Tai Chi lessons. I’d never paid much attention to Tai Chi before and considered it something old folk liked to do. However I was pleased to find it’s actually a fascinating martial art. I hate competitive sport and most martial arts in the UK these days are just that - brain dead sports, thankfully Tai Chi is nothing like this.
